| The Puddingstone Group is a multi-million dollar full-service real estate investment and lending group. We offer a complete range of real estate services, including site evaluation, development, construction management, and asset management. Gershon Alexander, Bruce Bohuny, and Harold Cook, Esq., formed the Puddingstone Group in 1999. The focus of our partnership has been the development and renovation of residential and commercial real estate. Our members have significant experience in these fields, and we have been able to tap into each member's expertise to create a diverse group. We have developed 1.2 million square feet of commercial and retail space since our inception. We have an additional 500,000 square feet under development. Of the 500,000 square feet under development, 250,000 square feet are under construction. Projects are located in the states of New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina. |
